Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
We offer change of mind returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email us at reversal.gyaku@outlook.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return.
Returns must be approved via email before they are sent back.
Some items are not eligible for return; any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page and/or at checkout.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be iniatited within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email (or within a longer promotional return period, if applicable).
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, depending on items this could include the original ziplock packing, dust bag and sealed boxes.
- Items must not be excluded from our change of mind returns policy (e.g., 'Final Sale' items or hygiene-sensitive products). Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
How long will my refund take?
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty Product Returns
We pride ourselves on delivering premium quality. If you believe you’ve received a product with a fault or defect, please email us at reversal.gyaku@outlook.com as soon as possible. To help us assess the issue quickly, we may ask for photos and a brief description of the fault.
If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we’ll work with you to either replace it (if available), repair it (if reasonable), or refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
If the product is found not to have a defect, or if the fault is due to misuse, abnormal use, or fair wear and tear, we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps, including return options at your expense.
Please note: Natural signs of wear or minor imperfections — especially if clearly described at the time of purchase — are not considered faults.
